The challenge
Frituur 8 has been serving on Gentseweg 589, next to DreamLand, for years. Customers came from passers-by and word of mouth. Online there was nothing — no site, no opening hours, no menu. Anyone searching 'frituur waregem' found the competition.
The goal
Top of Google for 'frituur waregem' and 'frituur sint-eloois-vijve', a clear menu online, opening hours the owner can update via CMS, and structured data showing stars and hours in search results.

Build
Next.js 15 with Payload CMS 3 on Supabase. Seven collections (menu, deals, FAQ, holidays, media, categories, announcements) with versioning and autosave. The owner publishes themselves — including allergens, price tiers and validity periods.
Local SEO
LocalBusiness + AggregateRating schema, Google Business profile optimised, sitemap with all subpages. Reviews (4.7/5, 195 Google reviews) prominent in structured data.
Care & monitoring
Google Search Console connected, IndexNow integration for instant re-indexing on every CMS change, dynamic sitemap with lastModified per collection. We track which search terms grow.
