Indicative delivery windows are 1–2 weeks for a Launch Site, 2–4 weeks for a Business Website and 4–7 weeks for a Growth Website. The schedule is confirmed once the scope is agreed and the required content, feedback and access are available.

You can with a CMS, and that is available on request only. A CMS (content management system) is a secure admin area you log into to change texts, photos, prices, opening hours or add new items yourself, without code and without us. It earns its place when your content changes often: a menu, a project overview, seasonal pricing. A CMS is not part of the standard packages, because it means extra build work: a data model, an editor, and user permissions. Tell us which parts you want to manage yourself and we will assess whether a CMS makes sense and what it would cost for your site. Without one, we handle your updates; small text and photo changes come out of your support time.

The first year of hosting is included in every website package. From year two it continues as 'Hosting & Care' at €150 per year: hosting, SSL, backups, monitoring, updates, and support time. The domain name is separate; that cost is yours, though we can register or transfer it for you.

By default, you supply the final copy. We tell you what content each page needs and help with the structure, where that is included in your selected package. Would you rather outsource the writing? We can edit your existing copy (Copy editing) or write the agreed pages in full (Website copy and SEO copywriting), aligned with the search intent we agree together and structured for readability and conversion. Both are paid add-ons and are included only when listed separately in the proposal. Quoted separately based on the number of pages, available source material, required research and revision rounds.

A website is never 'finished'. After launch, we monitor its performance. If you also opt for SEO support, we keep improving the site monthly: a stronger technical and content foundation for search visibility. Specific rankings are not guaranteed.
