Webshop development

A webshop built to sell, not just to display.

We design and build your webshop on WordPress or fully custom. Payments run through an external payment provider, so card details never pass through our system. We first establish the size of your catalogue and the flows you need; the proposal then fixes the price.

Webshop development

A webshop is quoted separately.

  • 1

    WordPress or custom

You decide whether to manage products in a familiar CMS or to run a fully custom system.

  • 2

    Payments via a provider

A certified payment provider handles the transactions. We build the integration and the checkout around it.

  • 3

    Fixed price after scoping

A webshop is not part of the standard packages. We scope it first, then fix the price.

When a webshop fits

For selling online without depending on a marketplace.

Your own webshop makes sense when you want to keep the margin, the customer relationship and the presentation in your hands. With a small range, a regular website with an inquiry form is sometimes enough.

A defined product range

You sell a manageable number of products or variants and want to present and sell them clearly.

Selling alongside your services

You already deliver services and want to offer products without running two separate systems.

Moving off a marketplace

You currently sell through a platform and want your own channel without commission per sale.

Two routes

WordPress or custom, depending on what you want to manage.

The choice determines how you manage the shop afterwards and how much bespoke work is possible. We discuss the trade-off before the proposal is fixed.

WordPress

A familiar admin environment with a broad base of features for products, variants and shipping rules. Suitable when you want to add and manage products yourself.

Custom

A system built exactly around your flow, without features you do not need. Suitable when your range or process does not fit a standard structure.

Payments

The provider handles the money; we build the path to it.

We do not process payments ourselves and store no card details. Your webshop connects to a certified payment provider that settles the transaction.

  • We build the checkout and the provider integration
  • You hold the contract with the payment provider
  • Card details go straight to the provider, not to your site
  • Order confirmations and status updates run through the shop

Which provider fits best depends on your country, your turnover and the payment methods you want. We review that together before building.

Clear boundaries

What the proposal confirms.

A webshop has more variables than a regular website, so the proposal names what falls inside the work for each element.

Standard part of the project

  • Design of the shop, product pages and checkout
  • Setup of products, variants and categories
  • Integration with your payment provider
  • Shipping settings and order confirmations
  • Technical SEO and analytics
  • Handover with an explanation of day-to-day management

Only when the proposal lists it

  • Product photography and product copy
  • Integration with accounting or stock systems
  • VAT rules for selling outside Belgium
  • Migration of an existing shop or order history
  • Ongoing management of products and prices

Approach

From product range to a working shop.

The size of your catalogue and the number of flows drive the timeline. Each step has a clear purpose.

  1. Range and flow

We map what you sell, which variants exist and how a customer moves from product to payment.

  2. Choice and proposal

We choose between WordPress and custom, settle the payment provider, and record the scope and fixed price.

  3. Design and build

We design and build the shop, the product pages and the checkout within the agreed scope.

  4. Testing and handover

We test the checkout with real test payments and explain how to manage products and orders.

Price

A webshop is quoted separately.

Our fixed website packages do not cover a webshop, because the price depends on your number of products, the payment and shipping integrations, and whether stock management is involved. After a short scoping call, the proposal fixes the price. The pricing page does show what our website packages cost and which costs recur.
