Depending on how you use the website and which consent you provide, we process:

• name and email address;
• website, when you provide it as an optional field;
• selected service, message, and language preference;
• technical request and verification signals needed to limit spam and abuse;
• after analytics consent: pages visited, timestamps, referring page, browser and device information, and pseudonymous Google Analytics identifiers.

• to assess the website and service included in your request;
• to protect the form and website against spam, automated submissions, and abuse.
• after your consent, to measure website use and improve content and navigation.

The server validates form input and uses a honeypot, origin, and abuse checks, plus temporary process-local rate limiting. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for bot verification, and we accept that verification only if it is less than five minutes old.

After a valid submission, the message is sent to our business mailbox through the configured SMTP service. The application does not write contact messages as rows to an application database.

When you have accepted analytics, the server may send a lead event containing the selected service, language, and pseudonymous Google Analytics identifiers after successful email delivery. Name, email address, website, and message are not sent to Google Analytics.

Our email provider processes email delivery and mailbox services. Cloudflare processes the technical Turnstile check. We do not publish unverified statements about their exact processing locations, retention periods, or transfer mechanisms.

The separate cookie and storage policy describes the technical language preference, local theme setting, Cloudflare Turnstile, and consent for Google Analytics. Google Analytics loads only after you consent; advertising features remain disabled.

The contact form does not retain a copy in an application database; your message is handled in our business mailbox. We keep it for as long as we need it to handle and follow up on your request. If your enquiry does not lead to an assignment, we delete the message no later than 12 months after our last contact. If it does lead to an assignment, the data moves into the client file; invoicing and accounting records are kept for 10 years, because Belgian accounting and tax law requires it. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time. We will act on that request unless we are legally required to keep the data longer.

Depending on your situation and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, or object to processing. Send your request to info@sozially.be. We may request information to verify your identity.
