The challenge
Nikan had been driving in Dendermonde since 2020 but had no online visibility. Customers came in by word of mouth only. WhatsApp and phone were the only booking channels — and outside business hours, requests were lost.
The goal
Top of Google for 'taxi dendermonde' and airport routes, a form that handles the most common questions up-front, and clear pricing — so the driver doesn't have to negotiate fare or timing while behind the wheel.
