The challenge

Antwerp has dozens of locksmiths all fighting for the same keywords. AMG had an outdated website with no SEO and no active Google Business profile — just word-of-mouth and a phone number.

The goal

A professional website that generates 24/7 emergency calls, builds trust via 893 Google reviews, and ranks locally for Antwerp city plus every district and surrounding municipality.

Branding & identity

Logo, colour palette (#c90c30 red + #28262c dark), typography and tone-of-voice. Recognisable on the van, on Google and on the invoice — without a photoshoot.

Two fixed templates (Region + Service) with strict section counts. Variation comes only from JSON data, never from new components. Scalable to 49 regions without extra dev work.

Next.js 14 on a Hostinger VPS with Nginx, PM2 and Let's Encrypt. Full control over headers, caching and rate limiting — no platform lock-in.
