Den Klusser is our own brand. Advyze, the company behind Sozially, helps people in and around Antwerp with small jobs and repairs there: replacing a tap, adjusting a door, mounting a TV. We made the website, the logo and the search visibility ourselves, and maintain all of it.

The brief

Requesting a job in one message

Anyone with a small job mainly wants to know whether someone can come and roughly what it costs. The site had to give every job and every municipality its own page, so Google shows the page that matches the search, and make the step to an enquiry as small as possible: sending a photo or short video via WhatsApp.

A page for every job

Seventeen service pages in five groups, from a leaking tap to hanging a curtain rail. Each page answers the questions about that one job.

A page for every municipality

Wilrijk, Edegem, Mortsel, Berchem, Hoboken and the other municipalities around Antwerp each have their own page, as do Leuven and Mechelen.

WhatsApp with a pre-filled message

Every button opens WhatsApp with a message that already fits the job. On a service page the button asks for a photo straight away, such as ‘Send a photo of your tap’. On a phone, Call and WhatsApp always stay in view at the bottom.
